Welcome to 五鱷繪室 (the “Service” or “App”), provided by 52Cloud Hub CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “Company”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

五鱷繪室 is an AI-powered interactive children’s picture book app, including:

2. Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
2.2 Children: The Service is intended for use by children under parental or guardian supervision. Users under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction) must have a parent or guardian create the account and accept these Terms.
2.3 You may not impersonate others or share your account.
2.4 Email verification is required before login.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective policies.
3.2 Subscriptions may auto-renew; manage or cancel in your platform account settings.
3.3 Pricing and plan features are as displayed in the App and store listings.

4. User Content and License

4.1 “User Content” includes voice recordings, stories, drawings, and similar materials you submit.
4.2 You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and synthesize speech as needed to provide and improve the Service.
4.3 Custom voices: You represent that uploaded or recorded audio is your own voice or one you are authorized to use. You may not impersonate others without consent.
4.4 You may not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

App content (books, images, audio, software, trademarks) is owned by us or licensors, except User Content. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit Service content without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for all ages.
6.2 Outputs are for entertainment and educational support only, not professional advice. Parents should guide children.
6.3 We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, or fitness of AI outputs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse engineer the Service, abuse APIs, commit fraud, upload malware, or circumvent access controls.

8. Termination

You may delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Data handling upon deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR USD $30 for free users, whichever is lower).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (e.g., EU/UK).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the App, email, or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
