4. Third Parties and International Transfers
Processors may include cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI or self-hosted models), email (SMTP), and Apple/Google for purchases. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is family-oriented. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Accounts should be created by a parent or guardian.
Parents may contact us to access, correct, or delete a child’s data.
6. Retention and Deletion
Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is required by law. Custom voice files are removed when the voice or account is deleted.
7. Your Rights

We use reasonable measures including HTTPS, password hashing, and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
